Tools in software used to create Poster
To create our poster we used a selection of different tools in Photoshop.
The main tool used was the text box tool as this is where we added all the text, including: Name of the film, release date, names of stars, previous films by the director, billing, reviews, tagline and social media links. We then used the ruler and grid tool to make sure everything was lined up.
As we had already experimented with lighting and taken a good shot of the dollhouse, we didn't need to manipulate the image. We only needed to use the crop tool to make sure it looked more centred.
