Conclusion of Horror Trailers
From watching different horror trailers I can see that the conventions of genre are very similar throughout, including the use lighting, pace of editing, settings; which all seem to be in abandoned areas, technical codes and the sound. The conventions however, vary throughout the different types of films, for example possession films and slasher/killer films. By watching all these different trailers it has given me an insight of the conventions of horror genre that I should include when creating my own trailers.
